This is by far the best cheesecake I’ve had in years. My mom used to make great cheesecake 7 years ago but then he forgot the recipe lol. But my coworker made me a Cajeta and Pecan Cheesecake today since it is my last day at work. I love her. She’s like the older sister I never had.
